here we are, having spent three days in a lovely hotel on the junction 32 of the M 4 We now know all about Cardiff and Newport. We went for one of those open top bus rides round the fabulous new Cardiff Bay and now we have arrived in Llanddewi-Brefi. Lots of improvements ncluding a new wall which looks super. Now we are going out for a walk up the mountains, so will write more we we return
